Commercial relations between China and Turkey have developed significantly in recent years. The increasing commercial activities under the Belt and Road Initiative create new opportunities for companies from both countries, while the need for compatibility between different legal systems also presents significant legal challenges. Topics such as contract law, investment protections, tax legislation, work permits, and intellectual property rights are areas requiring special attention in China-Turkey commercial relations. Obtaining expert legal advice in these processes is critical both for minimizing risks and for best evaluating opportunities.
